Nykredit's organisation is based on the four group units Customers, Products, Operations and Support as well as a number of competence centres and staff functions. Nykredit has an ownership structure in which Foreningen Nykredit (the Nykredit Association) has controlling interest under the management of the Committee of Representatives, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
