The group of owners of Nykredit Holding A/S comprises four shareholders: the majority shareholder, Foreningen Nykredit (the Nykredit Association), Industriens Realkreditfond (Industrial Mortgage Fund of Denmark) Foreningen Østifterne (The Østifterne Association) and PRAS.

Nykredit's business is conducted through Nykredit Realkredit A/S which carries on mortgage banking and other business activities through its subsidiaries Totalkredit A/S, Nykredit Bank A/S, Nykredit Mægler A/S and Nykredit Ejendomme A/S. All subsidiaries are wholly owned.
