H1 Interim Report 2026

We continue to sustain positive momentum with business and customer growth across the board, allowing us to demonstrate to even more customers all the advantages of banking with a financial provider owned by its customers.

Customers choose Nykredit

We are recording continued lending and customer growth across our business. Many customers – including business customers – value being customers of a customer-owned bank with attractive value propositions.

More attractive to be homeowner

In the first half of the year, we lowered the prices of Totalkredit loans three times in the first half of 2026, to the benefit of homeowners throughout Denmark. This applied to both existing and new customers. We also extended our KundeKroner benefits programme, which is a discount on administration margin payments, up to and including 2029. This means that our customers' average administration margin payments are currently the lowest since 2013.
