What happens when you have sent us your application and CV?


First interview

When we have read all the applications, we typically invite three to five candidates for the first interview. Here you will meet the recruiting manager so that you can get to know each other, and you, the candidate, can learn more about the job content. That way, both you and Nykredit can assess whether the job requirements and content match your qualifications, skills and expectations.


In the first interview, we will tell you more about:

  • Job content, areas of responsibility and opportunities
  • Nykredit as a workplace and our culture


You will be able to:

  • Introduce yourself and elaborate on your application and CV
  • Explain your motivation for lodging your application
  • Get answers to your questions about the job and about Nykredit

Test and in-depth interview

On the basis of the first interview, we typically invite two to three candidates for further testing on an individual basis, depending on the relevant position. The purpose is to get an impression of your profile and personal preferences when working. 

The testing will be followed by an in-depth interview based on the test. At this interview, we will also discuss pay and employment conditions with you, and you will have an opportunity to ask further questions about the job.



Please note that if we are considering you for the job, we will, with your permission, in most cases ask for references from previous employers. 



The successful candidate will be informed orally. Shortly after you have accepted our job offer, you will receive your employment contract.



If you are not invited for an interview, you will receive a rejection letter.

If you have been interviewed or tested, you will receive oral feedback.


Sådan behandler vi dine personoplysninger i ansættelsesprocessen


Når du søger en stilling i Nykredit-koncernen, sker det elektronisk via Nykredits HR-system, hvor du uploader ansøgning, CV og øvrige dokumenter (eksamensbeviser, anbefalinger mv.). I processen vil dine dokumenter blive delt fortroligt med den rekrutterende leder og evt. en rekrutteringspartner.

Når stillingen er besat, makulerer vi printet materiale, der har været brugt i forbindelse med rekrutteringen, og dine digitale dokumenter bliver slettet, når din profil har været inaktiv i seks måneder.


Hvis du på baggrund af din ansøgning bliver inviteret til en personlig samtale i Nykredit, skal du være opmærksom på, at Nykredit i sidste fase af ansættelsen bruger digitale personlighedstests og/eller færdighedstests for at afdække faglige og personlige kvalifikationer.

Tests opbevares hos Nykredits eksterne testudbyder, som sletter dem efter seks måneder.
