Q1 Interim Report 2025

Our business continues to enjoy positive momentum with business and customer growth in both Nykredit Bank and Totalkredit, allowing us to demonstrate to even more customers all the advantages of banking with a financial provider owned by its customers.

We continue to welcome new customers

We continue to record customer and lending growth across the board. We find that many customers – including business customers – appreciate banking with a customer-owned financial provider with attractive value propositions.

Lowest administration margin payments since 2013

Customers' average administration margin payments in Totalkredit are today at the lowest level since 2013 – thanks also to our KundeKroner mortgage loan discounts. In 2025 we have raised the KundeKroner discounts, making it even cheaper for Danish homeowners to have a Totalkredit loan.
