Dialogen kan ske direkte med virksomheden eller i samarbejde med andre investorer – typisk vil det være en blanding. Vi vælger ofte at stemme på virksomhedens generalforsamling. Hvis virksomheden ikke viser vilje til at ændre adfærd, eller hvis det ikke er realistisk, at det vil ske, udelukker vi virksomheden fra Nykredits investeringer og revurderer beslutningen inden for to år.
