Senior and subordinated debt

Nykredit must hold a debt buffer that together with own funds and the MREL requirement amount to at least 8% of TLOF.

Nykredit Realkredit's covered bonds (SDOs and ROs) are issued using a combination of tap issuance and four annual refinancing auctions.
